I asked the lifeguards about it in '14 when the lake was really low from the drought, they said LAPD, LAFD, LACOFD, LASD use it for training day or night, I saw LACO ocean Lifeguards training a couple years ago.

what did it set you back per tire? I have to get two new Mud grapplers in the 37/13.5/20 size, and its looking like its going to be $572 per tire for me
