Does anyone know how to get the three sections out of the seat back?

Depends on the seat. If it looks like separate cushions it would typically be screwed down between the pads. And might have had the screw run in through the vinyl leaving a tiny barely visible hole. If you can get a bite and pull it will give you an idea where the retainer is. Also if the is a back panel this probably went on last and screws are under there. If I had a picture I could give you a better idea.

Figured it out finally. Just the middle cushion is velcro. Thanks for the replies. I talked to an interior guy at Eliminator. He wasn’t sure how it was put together. Or if he did he wasn’t sharing

Yes. With the seat bottom out there are screws along the bottom and under the middle cushion (Velcro on) on the seat back.
