Seems like a debris field was found? I still don't understand how an F35 gets lost.....

It's a stealth plane, so radar is basically useless.

It cannot have any tracking beacons, because those would have to emit a radio signal, which is basically a giant megaphone saying "Hey i'm right here" to any enemy tracking systems...

Yup.. Reality can be a lot more old school than we're led to believe. The chinkies and rooskies are smart, if they had a spy working at one of the contractors tell them how the tracking works, they could hack it and the plane would be useless in a full scale war. Same way ICBMs don't have a "cancel" command once they're launched.

Nuclear submarine tech and secrecy is even crazier.. NOBODY can know where those missle subs are when they are out at patrol, not even the top generals know. They just have a general idea of where they will be within a thousand miles lol. A friend's company makes parts for them, and I wasn't even supposed to find out that they were working on sub stuff. The machinists don't know they're sub parts, crazy compartmentalization.

Is there any credible info on WTF actually happened?
Software hijack where the pilot lost control of the aircraft and had to eject?

The F-35 usually wears radar reflectors when training, or when they want to let the enemy know "hey I'm right here".

The "lost" F-35 lost altitude after the pilot ejected and simply went under the radar for a brief time.

All seems fishy to me….First thing I thought …Are you telling me a fighter jet just keeps trucking once the pilot ejects.
My logic says by design the plane should go to some form of fail safe protocol mode such as tracking, auto pilot shut down, etc.
Out of my wheelhouse….

You mean, the pilot should have wore a lanyard!
