How predictable. You must have missed the part of about telling the investigating agency to "fuck off". At this point, after 7 years of investigation, nothing he could say on the stand would make a difference. And if that is not that actual case, then please explain to me that how after 7 years of investigations, these clowns don't have enough to convict without any explanation from Trump. This isn't some fresh observation arrest on the street. All those fucks you so gleefully support have had endless time and money to get him, and they are obviously still coming up short.

I wasn’t referring to any specific case. I was just posting Mr. Trump’s exact quote relating to those who take the fifth.

Certainly not your or my view, but objectively it is his view as he has expressed repeatedly.

BTW I think you meant to say “admission” of guilt. And it’s interesting that in a civil trial juries may infer guilt from a suspect pleading the 5th. Logically, if not legally, refusing to testify in a criminal trial when you’re innocent isn’t a good look either.

To your second question, I assure you that Trump will be convicted of stealing classified documents, refusing to return them, hiding them next to his shitter, and then engaging in a cover up conspiracy with Walt Nauta (the latter being the critical difference from Joe Biden whose staff found docs and then immediately and voluntarily returned them) IF the judge Trump appointed to the bench stops running interference for him and delaying trial. Your team is all hoping he’ll be reelected so he can pardon himself, and that is some history making cowardice right there. If you’re innocent, let’s have a trial- even if you are too big a pussy to take the stand.
