I store mine in my garage in Havasu uncovered between trips. I open the ski lockers and the hatch and leave it like that for a couple weeks until the next trip. What do you guys do?

I am wondering if I should be leaving a bucket of Damp Rid or something in the boat when it is "put away wet" and stored. The garage is noticeably humid the morning after it is used. I will generally leave the garage open to vent the morning we leave and don't use the boat. I don't know if it gets humid again after we leave.

Storage condo.
Cover interior with white sheets, engine hatch partially open and all storage areas (ski locker, etc), open. I then put moisture bags in ski locker and cooler locker to reduce and chance of mold. Cover with light weight storage cover and kiss it goodbye until the next trip.

I keep mine uncovered if it will be a couple weeks of not covered. I keep a big damp rid under the engine cover and all interior cover open.

Uncovered, batteries turned off, onboard tender plugged in, lockers and seats opened and a note with fuel levels.

Mine stored in needles. Put it away last weekend with 5 gal water bucket in the boat and covered it and a 5 gal bucket out side the boat (if it does anything). If not covered it does get a little dirty. After reading I'm hoping I don't get any mold. Won't be back out till the end of July.

Mid summer you should be fine. No need for buckets in the future. There is enough moisture that you want to get out already.

I put mine in storage w/ hatches open. Dry as a bone when we get back for the following trip 2 to 3 weeks later.

I leave my batteries on, but hooked to the tender. I hate having to re setup the stereo every trip after switching the batteries off.

I got some Damp Rid buckets at Home Depot today I'm going to try.

Why would you store water bucket in boat?

Was told by some family members who live in havasu that I should. It would pull moisture from them over time vs drying out the hoses wood floor ect in the boat. Right thing to do? Who knows so I tried it. A cousin did this as well keeping his trailer there when not in use.

The trailers, when they were all particle board, was needed.

The boat, just use the darn thing and there will be enough moisture in everything to keep it healthy. And if you can't go enough, let me know and I will run it for you. 🚤🚤
