I used earplugs for a long time when I was on swing shift they seem to help me. I try to have at least two hours between eating and going to bed as well. And like others have said if I’ve been drinking I can’t sleep for shit anymore.
I sleep with the CPAP gear, earplugs, and a Lucy Ricardo face mask covering my eyes. I'm sure it looks pretty stupid, but I sleep well.

😁

Sounds like you have a severe case of sperm retention syndrome? Use your Google fu to research ways of overcoming it.

You will end up sleeping like a Joey in a pouch.

Hit the weights, stop the caffeine by 2pm, 20 mins in the massage chair, glass of wine, melatonin, no tv an hour before bed, sexy time, and read.
I sleep like a rock.

It a routine, but I have a constant loud ringing in my ears. If I wake even the slightest, I'm up.

Tried melatonin, chamomile, even white noise machines, nothing really stuck. Turned out most of my sleep issues were anxiety-related. I started using a low-dose, medical-grade option from a UK clinic that specializes in cannabis for anxiety and it’s honestly been the most effective thing I’ve tried. No grogginess, no wild dreams, just calmer nights.

Not sure why but I always go straight to sleep about 9:30, and wake up at 3ish AM almost every night. No matter what. Exercising, drinking, not drinking, it doesn't matter. 80% of the time I'll fall back asleep to my normal wake up time of 6:30 or so. Sometimes I'll just lie there til the sun comes up, same routine for years. Very rarely do I sleep through the night......

I’m tired after about 10. Drinking, not drinking doesn’t matter. I used to stay up till 1/2 watching tv or drinking on the weekends. It’s hard now. Wake up usually right before 6. Unless something wakes me earlier and then I struggle falling back asleep. 6 though, it’s over. Even if I have nothing to do or anywhere to be. I can’t fall back asleep. My wife can sleep all day. 🙄

15-20 mg of melatonin and I'm out!
Sometimes lidocaine roll on is needed for hands, then I'm really out.

GABA and Gummies (10thc-10cbd-10cns) I can only take 1/2 gummy, whole gummy was a bad experience for me. I'm a light weight.

This combo has been the best sleep for me, non stop, 7-8 hours.

regular exercise
