So if anyone hear wants to deduct the 15K realtor fee and offer us 510K we will take it.

so guess who's offer never came in?

well we did get one for a lease option at 490K

I guess I will be accepting it on Monday so if anyone wants my home this weekend only before it's gone....

First $490K takes it. At least I won't have to wait a year.
