Now that Ashli's family has a settlement and an admission of guilt, Byrd is Next Up!! He has made Millions off a book deal and has been awarded promotions, raises and even extended leave time that no other Capital Police Officer has been offered. Byrd may have a Pardon, but that will not save him financially from a Huge Civil Suit. The reports and articles are all saying that he will have difficult time finding an Attorney on this Open and Shut "Slam Dunk" Case.

I'm glad her murder is getting the attention and respect it deserves. I hope this somehow helps the family to feel better.
That said, to me, the only real "justice" in all of this will be when everyone involved with creating, escalating and covering up this FARCE of a " insurection" is prosecuted and imprisoned....starting with nancy pigloser and the cover up committee. One can only hope at this point.
