Maha Race Ski Differences??

Does anyone know what the differences are between the versions of the maha race skis are? and what benefit they have to the skis performance?

Ive been skiing on my buddies 87" 'longboard' in the picture and i believe he said he got it back in the 90's.

skis for sale on zigs and mahas sites are called longboard, gen 2 longboard, skinny versions, even different types of wood (assuming mostly for looks). on the maha site you can get a ski in 'regular' or 'crown'.

I cant find information about the technical differences and how they can help the ski perform better. If anyone can share some top secret info id be very grateful.

The crown longboard has a crown in the wood making it thicker where the bindigs are but smaller at the nose and tail for more flex. The skis have changed a lot and they really do help your skiing
