Navigation Units

Are there any Nav enabled head units that perform like the Nuvi series Garmins? I was thinking about getting a new head unit with navigation, but didn't know if they had the text to speech, quality of maps, accuracy, etc. of the stand alone units. Any info? I want to get it for my 08 crew cab and want bluetooth, ipod hook up, and back up camera output.

Kenwood DNX8120 is using garmin nav technology. Nav is identical with garmin nav.
Am,fm,cd,dvd,ipod & bluetooth built in.
5.1 dolby digital.
Satelite optional.
Turn by turn voice promp navigation.

New Kenwood DNX9140 will be release sometime in the next couple months will also have voice commend built in
