Lookout John... they'll be along shortly to tell you that you're a bandwagon fan and try to convince you to stay. Lol :D :D I just haven't quite figured out yet why anyone cares what another person decides to do...

I ain't skeered......

It's called a personal choice.... Everyone gets to have personal choices :thumbsup

just send me a picture of what you want engraved on it and the size, or better yet send me the old part and I'll make a video of my mill erasing the bolt:D

I thought about that. Plate looks like it is an 1/8 thick or so. Bolt looks like it is a 1/16 or so deep.

Pretty sure I made this a hundred years ago.

The discussion of bandwagoner is in effect because you made a big deal about dumping the Bolts. If you'd quietly changed colors then nobody would care about your choice.
As much as I like the Cards I think there's a slim chance in hell they'll defeat Carolina. The AFC has no chance at the Lombardi this year IMHO.

It was so long ago, I don't even have an email or anything about it. I have a feeling that you're right though.

As should all of the Cardinal fans be.
During the Greenbay/Az game in Vegas the rdpers I was with were for greenbay while I rooted for the Cards.
No way should the Pack have been allowed to hail mary its way to the title game.

If I am you, I am putting all that stuff in a box and saving it...

For when the Chargers announce they will be building a new stadium and staying in San Diego!

You heard it here first...

Owner wants PSL's. I was told starting PSL's for upper deck seats will be 15k and go up as you go down. So even more fans will walk. No way am I paying 150 a ticket per game and then financing a 30k per seat PSL.

Think about it this way from the owners perspective ...

The NFL will give him 100 mil to stay

It will coast min 500-600 mil to move

If you combine those figures they can build a new stadium for 1 - 1.5 BIL they only need to come up with 400-700 mil for a totally new stadium that they own and can generate more revenue from other events...

In the end - I think they stay

The breakdown of stadium costs and forecasted financing.

New Stadium in downtown (part of convention center) = 1.5B - the city will own it!
Stadium Financing from NFL = 200M (this has to be paid back to NFL)
Relocation Gift from NFL = 100M
San Diego Commitment (pending voter approval) = 350M
Chargers have to finance and come up with = 850M

Now the fun; outside of ticket sales, the city only wants to give the Chargers revenue (concessions / advertising, etc) from football events (2 pre-season, 8 regular + playoffs) at the downtown stadium, even though the Charger are paying 1.1B of the forecasted 1.5B to build it. ROI does not make sense for the Chargers in the current proposal from the city.

If the Q (city owned) is rebuilt, and the revenue structure stays the same, the Chargers only get revenue from concessions (parking and advertising revenue goes to city).

In LA if they become partners with the Rams they get a % from all events and the cost to enter the partnership is the same (apx 1B, of which 200 is a loan from the NFL)

From an ROI I am moving to LA. Going to makes up my investment much quicker than staying in SD.

That's if Kronke wants to make a deal with them or anyone. I don't think the NFL requires him to make a deal.

I don't think the Chargers have a choice. If they say no, the Raiders will move and be a tenant in the Rams stadium. Last thing the Chargers need are 2 teams in LA when 34% of current season ticket holders are from the OC. 3 teams in SoCal is too much and the Chargers will be the third wheel in that scenario.

I would like to see the Charger stay in SD, but from a business standpoint I don't think that is possible.

Again, if Kronke wants to make a deal with anyone. I did not see that the Rams approval to move by the NFL was hinged on him doing that. A poorer owner might jump on a chance to get some additional funding but He ain't that kind.
The Chargers have had two teams in LA before, nothing new.:p

Chargers owner is team rich not cash rich. I never understood taxing a community to build a millionaire or billionaire a stadium.

The average citizen could give two shits about football and won't benefit from the stadium financially.

I think it's cool that kroenke paid for the land and stadium.
