Need help removing a door handle

The bezel was screwed on but it was also glued on. When I paint I remove all trim like switch plates, blinds, door knobs... the job looks better afterwards

Now you have to find your left handed Phillips screw driver.

Dam straight. And I would’ve had to wear that insult too! Such a chicken shit little job, you don’t even want to know my hourly rate to finish it

The inside trim plate may unscrew and thread off like on an Emtek , Baldwin, or commercial style Schlage exposing two phillips screws on the inside plate depending on the series of lock set. . Also.... it looks like someone painted or repainted the door with the hardware still on it so may make it a little harder to break loose to unscrew it
