I know a lot of us are sick to death from the garbage we're exposed to on a day to day basis. You look around and you see this FB/Instagram/Only fans/tic tock generation and you think holy fuck we're doomed.

I follow pole barn home builds on my you tube feed and this this came across this Morning while I was having coffee. I bought my first house in Redlands back in 96 at 19 yrs old and cant tell you how impressed I am that a 23 yr old built this. Hopefully every single one of his friends that helped him follow his lead. Cheers Christian!

That is a great video. Passed it along to our son. I always tell the younger generation it is doable. Just go to put your head down and make it happen.

Hmm I've built a bus, maybe next is a house. Only problem I assume his username 208 means in Idaho. We gotta find a) somewhere we'd want to live and b) somewhere that would actually let us do something like that. No way in hell CA would ever approve anything like this and they'd just suck up like 50% of the budget with permitting and such.

Terrific "kid" - great accomplishment with a lot of help from his friends and boss - nice house! $250,000 in today's money seems to be a great bang for his bucks. Doing a lot on his own saved a ton.

I was a production manager and had many younger employees with those kinds of smarts. Cars, electronics and much more. They get a bad rap but flying under the radar is an insanely intelligent generation. Some lack some common sense lol but very smart kids

Of "Kids" today yes some ... Mine is a freaking genius ,researches and absorbs like a sponge , he's never worked a different job than JBP , I turn to him for advice regularly and I'm stunned at his "self taught skills"
