Believe it or not, this picture was not staged! My wife was lying in bed watching TV and they crawled right up on her lap. She snapped this picture before they realized what she was doing.![]()

Thank you!
Thank you...we love our Olive. We also have an older Black Lab and an older Maltipoo. Eventually We will be looking for another Golden. The older Golden named "Layla" came from a breeder out in the Temecula area. The younger Golden named "Alani" is from someone in Glendora. We got both at around 8 weeks and they've been a treasure. My wife wants more but I had to put my foot down.
Interesting enough, she just showed me an Instagram post where somebody was looking to re-home a pair of male 2 year olds who were displaced during the Eaton Fire. I'm sure they're already taken as they were beautiful.
Congrats! Another husky family. Best dogs I’ve ever had, even though they are high maintenance. We had to put down our 15+ year old dog the Friday of Memorial Day weekend, she was full grown when she found us so no idea how old she was. Anyhow we have been talking about getting another dog. I told the wife that the only way is a rescue dog from a shelter or pound or whatever. She agreed and then went and followed a few different places on social media. One guy came up and she showed me and told me all about him. Then a few weeks went by and he was still available. So Sunday we made the 90 mile trip to meet and well he came home with us. Ryeder, he came with the name and spelling, he is just over a year old. He laid on my wife the entire way home, so I think road trips are a go for him. Which is good because we plan on taking him to the river and the desert with us. So far so good in the whole 2 days we have had him.
Just busted her a 1/2 hour ago....she ate about 6 Coc Chip cookies she got off the counter.Xena is getting huge. Head is bigger by the day and her legs are like tree trunks. No fat on this one...all muscles. Thankfully she still and hopefully will continue to defer to the queen Phx.
She is about 9.5 months or so and is approaching 90lbs.
Love and respect this pup. She has a good spirit but doesnt realize her strength

Stubborn?
Seems to be a happy pup!So, we lost our PUP last fall - we were waiting until about now to start looking.
Visited the shelter and met this guy last night. We're waiting until the shelter opens to go pick him up later today, assuming he's still there.... First come, first serve.

Hopefully a little less bitey / guardish than our last one. (Abused) She could be a mean m'fer!Seems to be a happy pup!
Good luck....as you know you many times don't see that for a while. When you do the pup is always entrenched in the family. I try to never "rough" up a pup that has any "perceived" aggression in the breed. It has turned out well for me for the most part. You have been there and done that it seems.Hopefully a little less bitey / guardish than our last one. (Abused) She could be a mean m'fer!
How about Snow? Ghost?Welp - that was quick! Seems to be "OK" in the house and is somewhat already crate trained. Lots of energy.
Now. For a name..... ("is" Casper, from the shelter, but we may change it...)
