14mm box end works pretty good for compressing the tabs on the parking brake cable, you have to wiggle and push/pull a little but they were removed in a couple minutes

Yup, but a few guys drilling out rivets can make a lot of progress in a few hours. Definitely tedious.
I’ve done it. I know.

It’s amazing how strong that thin stuff with a few stringers and some glue can be.

I’ve always found it to be rewarding work. Especially when done.

Getting ready for track season '25

New wheels, tires & spacers so I can run 315 wide up front. New brakes on back. Need an alignment then all set.

Got some new race car numbers for the doors and rear - need to put those on next week.

MFSOB Round up-like product changed the part per gallon mix ratio so it’s back up on the hillside to re spray.

Wife’s motivational encouragement is “ you’ll get some color on your skin from the sun and you’ll look more handsome.”

It’s going to be a long day.
