Truck got stolen and the keys to the lock were in the trailer. So what would be the best way to remove this hitch lock of my trailer? Drill the lock?

I’ve drilled them out before, surprisingly pretty simple

Diamond wheel halfway through, above cylinder...then spread with masonry chisel and 3# single jack. That style in particular may or may not have hardened cylinder, so drilling results may vary. If you drill, use a masonry bit. They'll bore through hardened stuff, just not precise.

Wear safety glasses...

I got a cordless grinder with a cut off wheel, a sawzall, and a drill or two if you're near rancho

Drill the lock every time. Maybe 2-3 bits starting small to large.

If the trailer is within extension cord distance of an outlet...I'd just chop the tongue off and weld a new one on. Easier than cutting through that lock body or drilling through a a hardened lock cylinder. Tongues are $20
