The US ranks as one of the top countrys for sex trafficking, from a customer standpoint.
Virtually every city has some sort of volunteer group that tries to rescue enslaved girls.
I saw a doc on San Diego a few years ago that was absolutely sobering and heart breaking.
Cops can’t do a whole lot without an investigation or direct evidence, so these groups risk life and limb to try to basically jailbreak these kids from sex slavery.
