Source for Small Outboard Cleaver / Semi Cleaver

Was curious if anyone knew a place that may have experience with props similar to this . . .
It appears to be an over the hub cleaver / semi-cleaver on what looks like a tiller steer Tohatsu in the 60-90 hp range

Gibbs Propeller in Havasu. All of our records in small outboards were set with his props. Probably helps that he was the prop man for OMC second effort, and Bernie Little. Knows more than most have forgot.
