Sprint service for cellphones

Ok guys I am with verizon and I think I pay way way too much for my service but it works everywhere is lighting fast compared to att, and t mobile. What about sprint how is it? They have the deal to cut your bill in half which would be nice. But how is the serivce in havasu and desert to havasu. Also mountains and all of cali?

My work phone is Sprint, it used to be Verizon but I changed it due to not having service in the main plant I work at. Service in the plant awesome( they have repeaters), everywhere else it's not all that great. My house I leave it on WiFi calling cause service is spotty at best. In Parker I have no service most of the time. My personal phone is Verizon and works every where else

FYI....I have AT&T and it is anything but slow.............has the best service in Havasu and surrounding areas but............it is expensive and I may be looking to make a move as well so I'll look forward to what you come up with.

I pay $220 a month for 3 phones and 2 iPads with 30GB of data (plus roll-over).

IMHO you get what you pay for.

My wife switched from Verizon, to Sprint, and now back to Verizon.
When on Sprint, she had spotty coverage even in large cities, and calls dropped more than they should have.
Also, my Verizon 3G iPhone 4S had a much faster data connection than her 4G Sprint iPhone 5 when using the cell network.

One of my guys tried switching from Verizon to Cricket wireless...and he's spent the better part of today getting switched back to Verizon.
So if you want to use a discount carrier that uses a Verizon/Sprint/ATT network, I would search the reviews first...

Thats the hard part but when I pay 130 month for one phone it gets old, although the service is the best imo.

I just ditched sprint after 6 years last week, and went with AT&T. What a difference! I have fast data service everywhere now, voice call quality is better, and no dropped calls in all the spots I used to drop.

I even had 8mbps data speeds @ our Needles house, which had nothing with sprint.

Cliffnotes version - I woud'nt go from Verizon to Sprint....you will hate it

DON'T DO IT

I made the mistake and fell for the cut the bill in half. Service suck especially in Havasu, and nothing for service at all in Parker.

Long story short, switched to sprint for 4 months, hated it so bad I cancelled it and now owe them 2500 bucks. Selling the phones on eBay to cover some of it.

I REPEAT, DON'T DO IT

I just switched my phone from sprint to Verizon yesterday. Sprint used to be good, had them for 10 years, but the service has declined and gotten worse and worse over the last few years... I gave up on them. Stick with Verizon.
