Step Ladder Install Question

Ok RD members, I want to add a 3-step ladder to the back swim deck on my 28 foot magic boat. Where can I go to have it installed? Any advice would be greatly appreciated,

for my lame old ass i bought a dock ladder ,nice and wide,more steps and lower in water for the toon.tapered to not just straight up
