One of the illegal aliens had overstayed his B-2 tourist visa and was wanted by the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), but never turned over to agents thanks to California’s sanctuary state policy.


The other two illegal aliens had been apprehended and released at the United States-Mexico border. One of the two was supposed to check in with ICE agents but never did.


And once AGAIN, CA libturds and CONservatives have blood on their hands!!! 🖕

And here is a HUGE, or maybe even something that proves BIGGLY to be part of the problem.

If you only read the headline, this sounds pretty fucked up.

"A Texas lawyer gave advice to an immigrant family caught up in an ICE raid. Agents visited him, and then he was fired"​



I will give the publisher credit here for posting the actual issue in their narrative, but to find it you have to be able to actually decifer the shit ton of bullshit in included. Whoever chose that title is using the play right out of the same playbook used by our very own Super Duper Ultra Conservative daily in here. Misleading is putting it nicely.

Very short version for those that don't want to read the entire article. Guy is an attorney. Offered some kind of pro-bono legal advice to a guy at a gas station (sure, that's all it was). Guy at the gas station is dealing with a mixed family of citizen and non citizen. Based on whatever advise he gave, "ICE" agents came to talk to him. Attorney works for a major firm, advised them he is/was offering advice on the side pro-bono, and was told not to do so. Attorney goes as far as contacting a news paper about his issue and an article is published. This is after his employer advised him not to work outside the scope of his employment. He ends up getting fired.

Typical BS, but sounds like this attorney can now follow his dream of immigration work.
