Who is building custom trailers now that Competitive is done ?

Where can I get the small 'dolly style' wheels and tires ? I've looked around for 'small custom wheels' and most don't fit normal 4 on 4 or 5 on 4.5 bolt patterns . I need to build a couple of 'mini boat trailers' and a 'dolly trailer' for a runner bottom . Who has the wheels/tires/hubs, that match ? At this point I only need the parts, I can't wait for these to be built, I'll do it myself . Thanks

So you need trailer parts? Or trailers? Adrenaline carries parts right here in Havasu and they sell what is called axle in a box. They are variable width axles that you determine the width then weld.

They are now getting into building trailers from scratch. They built one for RCL, but there was some hiccups. With anything new there is growing pains, and now that they have a few under their belt and the old staff from Enduro they can get it done.

This is the frame of a 20' flat bed triple axle they are building right now.





This is a car hauler they modified and widened for a guys long travel rail.








Rusty at Ultra also has DOT #'s now and is building boat trailers under the name ALll In Custom Trailers.

If you can go outside of Havasu then Bear Trailers will do full tilt custom trailers. If you can imagine it, Vic can build it.

Hi George, the wheels most guys are using are 10" aluminum golf cart wheels and DOT tires. Some guys use steel wheels for added strength. Here's one of many sites - http://www.golfcarttirestore.com/alum_wheels.htm

FYI:
Last I got a bid from Vic he didn't want to go over 20' long and wouldn't do buggy width.
That may have changed.
Good work though and I send my maint and repairs to Bear.

I've posted this before somewhere and don't remember where. Look into tow truck dolly wheels and tires. We have them on all the tow trucks and they are an aluminum 5 spoke style, 5 on 4.5. Even my Taylor Dunn golf carts use the same wheels. I'll do some searching and post back up what I find.

Yea someone paid $1,365,500 for the building. The entire side yard belongs to Edison. I wonder if he leased it from them.
