Wired4sound just finished a pontoon boat. The toon is a 22' crest with a merc 300 hanging off the back. It's a inmates (who's name i can't remember right now).
The toon had the standard 4 speaker system and now it has a kick ass kicker system in it.
There are 10 6.5" speakers with a 12" sub in a ported box.

This is the ported 12" sub. Can't even tell that it's there.

Along with the stereo they added 2..... yes 2 custom made safe Glow whips to the back with quick disconnects.

The rear speakers are on their own zone and can be turned on an off as needed.

The system is controlled by a wet sounds head unit. The unit has 4 zones, front, sub, rear and back. Along with the sound it also controls the interior lighting. RGB lighting is under the seats as well as the speakers.

The wireing is second to none. Here is the wet sounds controller with rgb controller

A added touch was led cup holders with a USB charging port.

You have better floors in yooor boat than I have in my house.

But fuck, at least knock the corners off the aluminum angle brackets with a harbor freight belt sander

Nice setup and WFS does top notch work for sure. Only thing I would have done different is I would have a pair of speakers mounted on the rail. On my Bennington I had the speaker wire run thru the rail, the speakers were on a swivel and could be detached if need be. Since there is no carpeting in may not matter as much though.

I like! Thanks for sharing.

This is one of the things we have not finalized with my new boat. I will hopefully be meeting a builder rep in a couple weeks to get some more answers about how all of the wiring gets done from the factory. Maybe I should talk to someone at WFS too for another perspective.

If you're interested in having a serious stereo, i'd want to bring in WFS ahead of time and make sure everything is done to spec. Nothing worse than having to do something twice, and pay twice

It takes 3 times as long to do it twice.

Awesome install, bet the sound is terrific. Cool idea for the lighted whips on the back too.

These are "one-off" safe glow lights. They are marine led whips with the itv quick disconnect.

This is my tri toon and the system works really well! I am stoked and need to get it wet and use it ! It also has to wired remote one for the Frt and rear so if you beach the boat you can control and if your floating in the back you can also control the system.

The merc is a 350 verado not a 300

I’m excited to grill some pollo asada on my bbq and make some Street tacos while floating in a cove! It’s it’s taken quite a few months to get my toon finished up and now it needs some hours on the motor!

Nice.
I have those kicker speakers on my X3 but used the SSV housings only because they matched the color of the SxS.
I love the TJ* speaker lights. Got those too.

Let us know how it performs.
