I’m just not seeing $18MM. Glass panels were $700k, steel was $500k. No landscaping. Must be fancy fixtures and furniture. The concrete certainly wasn’t cheap. Gotta be a garage, but none shown? Not my tastes, but cool they had the money to see their vision through. Views from inside out are cool!

It is pretty cool to look at. Driving through 29 palms yesterday, so we looked up the address and checked it out. Long poorly maintained road to get up to it. It really is invisible. Not sure it is worth eighteen million dollars though.
