Lake pend orielle is one of the deepest lakes in the country and has a naval submarine testing base there. Probably the most beautiful lake I’ve ever been on in my life. We own property there. Crystal clear water, beautiful forest scenery. Big lake! It’s bigger and I’d say nicer than neighboring cor d’Alene that is the popular lake. Absolutely stunningly beautiful country up there. 30 minutes south of Canadian boarder.

That lake is a nice hidden gem. Seems as more and more are starting to find out about it. Love doing some skiing and boarding down by the monarch’s and love the nice evening dinner runs since it doesn’t get dark till 9-10ish during summer.

Family has owned there (aunt and uncle lived there in the 80’s) for 40 years. It’s changed a lot but still isn’t too big. Sandpoint is kinda hipster now but the outlaying areas are still pretty undiscovered for the most part. Bit it’s definitely growing and more rapidly in past few years. I think the thing that will keep it from getting stupid busy is the winter is brutal. But the summers are insanely awesome. Want to drag the boat up there. Like I said, maybe this summer.

I didn’t know it was Bravada that was building them. Their page on Google says temporarily closed. Fire up some popcorn before you read through their reviews. Sounds like employees weren’t paid for quite some time before closing the doors.

They had one sink @ powell last year in the channel.
Owner of Vivint, I believe. Sounds like pressure was applied and it’s impacted the business,

Bravada was acquired in 2017 by a revamp team. Adonia builds the big boats now. My boat at Powell is a 2013 - 75 x 18 Bravada. The boat is built decently. Some of the finishes are what you would expect from an RV on the water..... LOL The floor plan is almost identical to the newer boats. Of course the newer boats are 2 and 3 levels and 100' long and 22' wide. Not sure if they kept any of the designs or drawings from Bravada.

Not sure I know at least two were purchased as single owner, and a lot of others were multiple owners..

The guy Aaron I believe has a federal warrant out for his arrest now? He is suing the riviera saying they didn’t provide the facilities for his boats.. but he never had any boats..

There is few builders I’d trust to build a new boat. Nordic, DCB, MTI, and prob Eliminator. The rest although reputable I would be skeptical

I have a friend that's out six figures on this deal too & when I was at the boat show last month the guys at the Riviera booth told me the first boat was going to be delivered in a year I told my friend & he went to the show to ask them about it & they said there was nothing they could do to help him there's a new company called Adonia Yachts building the Boats he has a Lawyer working on it but he will probably never get his money back

According to the Havasu News Herald Riviera Penthouses LLC is suing Desert Land Group for 24 million dollars for breach of contract. I have no inside information, but the papers make it sound like a total lack of communication is partly to blame. Also sounds like BLM may have gummed up the works. Most of the info in the article seems to come from the original lawyer representing the penthouses in the original deal. If there's any truth to the article it may get interesting.

Bravada was not acquired by Adonia. The owner of Adonia was a partner in Bravada until 2014 when he decided it was time to move on and start Adonia. Bravada was purchased in 2017 by Aaron Browning and has nothing to do with Adonia Yachts.

Shit, Google got me. I thought this was it, but this was something else “2015 boats were built by Bravada Yachts. Starting in 2016, our new boats are built by Adonia Yachts in St. George, Utah”
