Alexxas and Mon Ami Gabi in Paris are both really good.
Mon Ami Gabi was the wife and our date place 22 yrs ago. Always ate there 1-2x’s a year. But 2 yrs ago it was horrible and somewhat run down. Hopefully it turned around, would love to go back.

Haven't been to The Prime Room, but we hosted a 50th birthday for my husb in October for 30 people at The Range in Harrah's and it was very good. Excellent service and good food. Would recommend. 👍

You can't go wrong with the Range for a Laughlin steak house. Filets are only 8oz small but when you do the salad, a little bread, maybe 2 sides to share for 2 people and desert you are walking out STUFFED. Wife gets either the porkchop or ribeye. A good friend always eats at the Prime Room and says it is good but we have never eaten there.

I want to go for the atmosphere of old Vegas. But thanks for tip on the food.

Circus Circus or Hugos for Classic Vegas. Vic and Anthony's at Golden Nugget is also a good one.

If you want something a little more modern but still in the classic steakhouse vibe check out Barry's Downtown Prime in the basement of the Circa.

Herbs and Rye and Cleaver are also good, But since getting discovered by everyone Cleaver just isn't the same. I haven't been to Herbs and Rye for several years now so i can't comment, it used to be awesome. (They are owned by the same guy)

I'm not a fan of the modern chains, Morton's went into the toilet when they remodeled and changed out the dark mahogany for black mirrors and chrome and techno music. I want a steak, a martini, and low sensory input. Let the food, drinks, and company at the table be the mood, not the house dj 🤣

Bavaets (sp) in Park MGM has a back room this is also dark and quiet

Good steaks at both
Lamb Chop at Library is top notch

As noted on this trip, STK is a special place even their own DJ and the food is absolutely attend there. As noted by others hanks in Henderson and Green Valley is absolutely insane. Another great place along with Barry’s at circa between those three you could never go wrong.

Pending on your group size you can get a semi-private room at Barry’s but either way if you have a group like you suggested get that tomahawk at barrys and that 10 pound lobster cooked table side and then call for a dump truck to load your ass in to take you back to your hotel. Always leave room for desserts. They’re in another solar system. You can even cook somores at your table. While you’re at the hotel, they have the largest sports book and all of Las Vegas. The screen itself is about 80 feet wide.

Kaplyn limo service is the best in Vegas and reasonable check them out.

Tom Collichio's Craftsteak (MGM Grand). Last year I had the best bone-in ribeye that you could get.

Stanton social in Ceasars is great. I feel smith and woolinski is hit or miss. Golden steer was ok, atmosphere is amazing old school vegas. Food ok. We haven’t been disappointed in Amalfi by bobby flay in Caesars.

Taylor Sheridan has a four 6 ranch steak house at the Wynn. Tried to get in but booked out. Wonder if it’s any good.

I’d also suggest checking out the Palms in Cesars. Maybe not the best of all those listed, but an awesome steakhouse.

Stk is great if you like getting your balls vibrated by the subwoofer built into the booth, while you eat a great steak and nod your head a lot pretending to be able to hear anyone at your table.

Michael mina does a great job at bourbon steak.

Craftsteak has never missed for me.

If it is anything like his shows, it starts out great, but by the time you get your check you realize it should have ended a while ago....🤣

Had Peter Lugers a month ago in Caesars. Not as good as the one in the Bronx but still good.

We are heading to Vegas tomorrow and looking for a steak house too. Tried to get into the Golden Steer, but all booked.
Unless they moved they have been in Brooklyn since they opened

We ate at Binions and it was good and not crazy expensive.
Not a steakhouse but we ate at Superfrico and it was terrible, loud, and waaaaaay over priced. The speak easy ski lodge thing that’s attached to it was pretty cool but also way overpriced and lazy wait staff.

Bazaar Meat by Jose Andreas is pretty legit. If you go try the cotton candy foie gras...

I've eaten at all of them and all the high end ones are comparable in my opinion as far as the food is concerned so what I look for is ambience.

I like an old school looking steakhouse so for me, these are my top choices.

1. Bavette's steakhouse at Park MGM. It's really nice inside and the food is great. https://www.bavettessteakhouse.com/vegas/home

2. Barry's steakhouse at Circa. Again, very cool vibes inside and excellent food. https://www.circalasvegas.com/drink-dine/barrys-downtown-prime/

If you want something more modern, then I would go to S.W. steakhouse at the Wynn. Get there early and have a drink at the Bar Parasol which is right by the entrance. Go to the host and slip him/her a $50 or $100 depending on the night of the week and have her sit you outside where you can watch the show during the meal. It's an amazing experience. https://www.wynnlasvegas.com/dining/fine-dining/sw-steakhouse

I think everyone should post their age after their recommendation! As I approach 50 my expectation for a great restaurant is not what it was when I was 30. 🤣

Got married in vegas, 1986 or something at little chappel across street from circus circus, 5 minute deal, group in front of us was wearing tuxes and shit, it was 110 out. The nd of my deal the girl tells my mom the preacher only gets paid tips so she hands her a $20, we are getting ready to walk out after making biggest mistake of my life lol and preacher walks up and said mam, there must be a mistake, this is a $20! My mom says i know what the the fuck it is, you don't want it give it back, now get the fuck away from me! she had a way with words and we walk out and over to steak house at circus circus, it was killer and cost about the same as our wedding lol.

Living in Las Vegas we have the benefit of testing out any spot at any time. If you go over some of the reviews, two or three stand out. One is my favorite, Barrys Prime at Circa. See my previous posts and video.

Now, for a very special night, and I warn you for a weekend reservation make it months in advance, it has to be just one spot, Delilah at the Wynn. Not just a steak house, but a wide menu with side that will blow you away, and insane drinks, too. The added feature is the entertainment, and reservation times are set to this. The interior must have coat 5 10 million. it is 1950's Las Vegas with top notch band, singer, and Flamingo girls on pedestal stages in between. This is the place that you have to visit once, no photos allowed, and experience yourself. I would have to say it has to be one of the top restaurants all in in USA. Photo on website is a partial view on interior; https://www.wynnlasvegas.com/dining/fine-dining/delilah
