Love the indoor / outdoor bar set up! Are you going to do an accordion window or pop up, or? Kitchen on the otherside of the bar?

Gonna be sweet!
Thanks @Tank. There is a bar top on the outside. The kitchen is to the inside of that window. It is the counter sink area. That window is a multi-slide door with all panels that slide. Counter is flush on both sides. We finished the interior and The counter was installed after I left town. I do not have any good images at this time. One of the things that I don’t like about the desert is that there are only a few days or weeks that you can enjoy true indoor outdoor living. While folding doors are the latest craze and we do a fair amount of them they are not my go to for many reasons.

Here is the inside of that window.

Heat or cold as the seasons changes. Winters are great as I open the doors in the morning to get the free cold air. I could see fall is the time that we might use the pass through most often. Warm pool temps still and cooler air. But the question is is anyone in town at the time. 🤷‍♂️ So I kept it simple unlike this house in Kapalua.

Unlike our home in Hawaii where EVERY day the doors are opened when we are in the house.

Then there is this but Havasu contractors struggled with the engineering of the little openings.

I would have been better off scrapping the middle of the house and build It with a flat roof and 10’ ceilings, including a large entry and patio. Thinking that is the route when we renovate our son’s Havasu home. 👍

The 24v gear is so much faster than the 12v. Our Debonair takes a good 8-10 seconds.

Love it!!!! Gotta have another party to be sure everything is working right. Name the date and time. We know the address. @Jefftowz you guys in for this too? 😂 Love our square sinks. Get ready to clean the corners. 👍 I find bar keeper’s friend, microfiber and a knife will help you get Into the tight corners.

You should offer American doors as you don’t have the added cost of tariffs. 🤣
Every door and window we install is made in the good old USA with 85-90% being manufactured here in So Cal.
