I am getting aggressive with the pricing now because the situation out here is deteriorating..

I need to get a place where my mom and disabled nephew can be with us. Leaving them on their own is not working out well for anyone.

I kinda doubt it, our old shitbox hood on the border of Calavera Hills is over a $mil for unmolested 60 yr old homes. $1.3m+ for nicely remodeled old homes.

Market turned. That's a lot of house for the money in that area.

I finished 1 recently and no action. Had they listed it a few months before it would of been gone in a week. The sub 1 million Market is still hot. But over someone turned off the switch.

Yep!! My kid lost out on an 850k house last week in Carlsbad. they offered 900k… turned into a battle and it went for 950… 100k over asking 🙄

Yeah...glad a I sold Mammoth earlier this year... went quick and now I want to look for a Mammoth single fam residence vs condo. Would love to see the places that are 1.1-1.3 come back to 700-800's again... maybe never but I can hope....

$600k to $900 ish is on fire. Same as @28Eliminator, my daughter can’t seem to close the deal on one. Always a bidding war. Over $1mil has been foreign investors especially So. Cal. Wouldn’t be surprising if they’ve pulled back. Just need them to start selling now.

… Porsche Cayenne chick…just bought a small horse ranch in Shadow Hills Ca… She was the third person to look at it… Made them an offer and they took it… I was assuming that she bid under the asking… “But she did not”… She wanted this horse ranch… Now she can keep her horse …which is currently boarded right around the corner from the new place…she can keep it where she lives,…the asking price was $1,490,000… They accepted her offer of $1,577,000…My guess would be there are some pretty unhappy, prospective buyers… who simply got outbid…This place is pretty nice…horse community…

… You know… I had thought about…could I ever mount a horse again???… at this point my body is telling me no😳…but who knows🤷🏽‍♀️… I suppose if I had something like a bench… the same height as the stirrups… then all I would have to worry about is swinging my leg over…🤷🏽‍♀️
