A large part of the engine was built from bespoke parts developed by GM's racing engineering group. I don't remember the bore and stroke (what a surprise).

I was looking at that, the layout is clean too, well packaged! Back in the day the cylinder head callouts were a total pain in the ass for these engines. Almost every set of heads had valve guide location and slight chamber changes...@RaceTec @Clank123
Check out the size of the oil tank we ran on the DRCE, 3½ gallons. It has a five speed Liberty xmsn and Winters rear end. You can see the CAN bus loop for the rear end sensors in the photo. The pinion gear was the size of a small pineapple.
The pneumatic shift tubing for the xmsn is to the right of the oil tank.
