We cut the cord about a month ago and tough not having the DVR.
What shows are out there that would be RDP approved?
Just started Ted Lasso, seems pretty light hearted and a no brainer comedy worth the watch.

I binged Ted Lasso. I liked it. Season 3 starts tonight.

Check out Daisey Jones and the six. It’s loosely based on fleetwood Mack. Badass! Been enjoying some non dystopian, zombie apocalypse, or gay woke bullshit.

Hooked on Your Honor and Mayor of Kingstown

Ted Lasso is 🔥.
Just finished last episode for the season a hour ago. Unfortunately who knows if there will be another.

Started Ted lasso tonight. I will keep going on it

Suggestions..
If you want something that actual ends, not a never ending,
Try blackbird. Crazy true story.
Richous gemstones is a epic comedy
East bound and down is also classic funny
The serpent. Another one with a ending and based on a true story.
Dahmer, disturbing but I was hooked

If you want more light hearted comedy that are a strong pg13 to R then try redoaks and sex Ed. Both were very good.

Tusla king is much better than I expected.
Bloodline is a good watch and filmed in the keys

Succession is outstanding

That should get you to summer!

Jack Ryan, Mayor of Kings Town, Tulsa King.

That should keep you busy for a while.

Narcos ...start with Narco's and then go right into Narco's Mexico... those series were amazing produced/casted... They also have the opportunity to continue on after the arrest of Jaun Felix Gallardo with the rise of El Chapo...but I don't think they will.. I will just say season 1 Narco's Mexico episodes where they get into the Kiki Hernandez murder are unbelievable... I am the worst binger....browsing RDP, Amazon and whatever else while watching TV.... well the Narco's series kept me riveted... great music too.

We've watched a lot of the ones above. Don't see "The Americans" here, but it's older I guess. It's long, 6 seasons, but the last episode alone is worth the whole thing. Best finale I've ever seen.

Mind Hunter
I was going to recommend Mind Hunter. Great show.
Ozark is also really good, but can be a bit of a downer when binge watching.
The first season of season of Homeland on Shotime was great.
I watched the first season of Jack Ryan and really liked it, I just don’t have prime.
Game of Thrones has probably been one of my favorite series.

2 series from a few years ago we enjoyed;
1) Death in Paradise - takes place in the Caribbean, good winter time viewing.
2) Doc Martin - dry Brit humor. Adventures of a Brit Med Doctor, previously from London, and his adventures in a small seaside village in the northern UK.

Each of these ran full multiple seasons.

Yeah I feel there should be a separate "shows" thread. I would add Mr Mercedes to the list everyone has already mentioned.

Not a binge deal but I just watched a show called "The Wrecking Crew" on Amazon Prime about the studio session musicians of the 60's and 70's that was fantastic.
Had no idea this was an old documentary, Wife and I both really enjoyed it.

Wentworth, it's a show about a Australian women's prison . Pretty good 👍
I’d love to see how people don’t just fall out of prison, since everything is upside-down there 😊

A series called Hitmen on Peacock is pretty funny if you like British humor. It follows two British Women who are hired, as killers.

I just finished season 2 of Mayor of Kingstown. I like the show. I wonder if Jeremy Renner will be able to come back and film a Season 3 at some point? There are a couple of cliff hangers at the end of the season.

Breaking bad is really good

Better call Saul is a Breaking Bad spinoff, and is also really good. This once took me a few times to get into it. It moves slower than Breaking Bad and there is a lot of character development.. I needed to binge watch about 5-6 episodes before I "got it" and then I really liked the series. There are some great tie ins with Breaking Bad, but it also stands on its own
