Now do it again with @Mini Kat Kat on an '80s sportbike hauling ass down the beach in the background....

The third video slice shows the boat's bow first entry angle, which wasn't apparent on others I've seen. That greatly reduced impact forces. Yeah, they were lucky. If it had pancaked, the outcome probably would have been different.

Anyone know who the drivers are? Seems the guy with earrings is just the owner or part owner?

This question is out of curiosity only. Did anyone else notice the sea doo operator carrying the rescue diver did not have on a life vest?

Watching the speedometer ramp shows just how hard that boat accelerates.....very impressive.

Can you please explain that too me. My 22 spins inward and I’ve wanted to swap drives to see what it does.

Just a general statement , every boat or hull is going to act different , trial & error or what your trying to gain might loose in another area , handling , speed ,

I read or watched a video on them somewhere that the whole crew volunteers and the boat was built off of donations to get to events to raise more money for charity. With how much they have gave back this far it’s believable.

I can’t remember where I saw it but if I stumble across it again I’ll post a link here.

As far as who the drivers were exactly, I personally don’t know at this time and have only heard possible truth or possible rumors lol

I thought out was more stern lift. Every skater that I have been in turns out and has a loose ass feeling. Every turning in boat(center pod) I have been in feels very planted in the rear.

My M31 spinning in , at higher speeds guessing 80 90 it does bank inward slower outward , maybe they want that loose ass feeling , a Skater thing

I read somewhere they want to keep the drivers names off the internet for privacy and respect for them. Just passing that along, I think I read it on the Freedom One IG page for reference.

Are you referring to rotation of the props or leaning in turns?

Because if ya know how to drive the boats should always lean in.. A true tunnel skater will turn harder than a center pod boat

I’m more referring prop rotation. Yes, every cat that works right, should lean in while turning at speed. Full tunnels with props turning out, the boat usually feels lighter in the rear. Props turning in, which is usually center pods, more planted.

Interesting...nascar team owners going after the big boat speed record.
They said that the owner wanted to take the speed record away from Quatar and bring it back to America in one of their episodes.

Sounds familiar. Anyone who follows SCORE Offroad racing will probably know the Acer story. He went everywhere in a mask and nobody knew who he was until he was gone. Seems he did a lot of good for orphanages in Mexico, but atthe end of the day it looked like he was a sidepiece and his sugar mama (married to dodgers owner) was paying for his racing team. Lucky.😆

The greatest fake name in racing history has to be Floyd Lippencott Jr.
