If you owned a lot and we’re looking to build a nice home under 2000sq ft with a large garage what builders would you use?

You might give Mark LoPresti a call. LoPresti Construction (928) 916-1786 He is a boat racer and local. He built a metal building for me and did a super nice job.

It is hard to find contractors in Parker. I am remodeling my house now and am probably doing half the work, just to get it completed. You may have better luck with a complete build than a remodel.

I called Mark to get a bid on my concrete work in Big River. Super nice guy, quick to price, crazy high for what we wanted. Ended up going with Todd for our concrete.
As far as a GC goes, I don't know of anyone else. I know a dirt guy who's crazy good though, let me know if you want his number.

When we build our place, I'll be bringing in my guys from home and be the general. Everyone is lazy as hell and doesn't want to deviate from the cookie cutter river house

I am currently in this process. We ended up using a home builder out of Havasu and they wanted a 5K bump to come to Parker. There are many builders offering there plans on your lot for a set price and that appears to be the most bang for the buck unless you go owner builder.

There are a lot of great builders out there who can build you a great home under 2000 square feet. However, suppose you are looking for a builder who can also build you a large garage. In that case, you may consider using a custom builder like https://www.almightyconstructionnw.com. Custom builders can work with you to create a home that meets your specific needs and wants, and they can also build you a large enough garage to accommodate your needs. I had a joyful experience with the builders I mentioned, and they built me a great patio with a pool.
