No not boat props. The propositions on the ballot this year for AZ and Maricopa County. I know these can be deciphered in different ways depending on the view. Is there a place that breaks them down simply, without slant?

Not sure about your county props, but state props, I voted a republican ticket, which was yes on all except 139 and 140. 139 is unlimited abortions with no restrictions up until birth and 140 is open primaries where independents can vote in the primaries. The problem with that lies in the fact that democrats can screw with republican candidates to affect the outcome.

My mom always told me vote no on everything because it only costs you money. Although there are exceptions every once in a while because those are clearly written because they are not after your money.😉

So you're the guy that voted no on repealing the gas tax.

It helps to look and see who supports it. You can tell a lot from that.

Pretty much no on any new taxes.

That’s my approach, who’s paying for it, and where’s the money coming from

Yeah but that is exceedingly difficult these days with all the PACs. You'd have to research each one to figure it out.

It used to just be D or R party paid for it, now I don't really know what the message is because I'm not sure which side it's coming from.

So I just wait for the R website on how to vote and go that way.

I used this site pretty often, its SUPPOSED to be party agnostic (but who really knows). But it outlines things pretty well.

I think it should be illegal to make it confusing.. also I don’t think that they should be able to stack multiple things into one prop or law or etc. should be simple yes or no for the citizens
One issue per proposition is the law in Washington State. Unfortunately, I’m sure many people are not well-informed on the issues, and are misled too easily by the millions spent on deceptive advertising.

There is a proposition this year to ban carbon tax credit trading, and it’s being presented as though the wealthy are behind it and it will devastate our state. Truth is it’s a corrupt system designed to make politicians and their friends wealthy, and it’s costing us over $0.50 per gallon of gas with no visible benefits.
