Spent Friday with these Skinny Tire Assholes!!
My wife and I volunteered Friday to help at the 14th annual Mike Nosco ride, it's a super cool event and it's for a great cause.
I know it's not mountain biking related, but worth checking out for people that are in to road bikes.
Over 500 participants and its free fride.

I would actually like to try and complete the ride next year.

I rode on the morning before Christmas-right after the rain and the dirt was incredible.

My legs were like spaghetti noodles toward the end, you could definitely feel the resistance with all of the wet dirt.

Rode Guad this morning and set a PR on the way up and a PR down Backbone. Dirt was pretty epic! Rode Triunfo a few days ago and it was sticky. Hill Canyon yesterday was fun and will get better as it dries out.

Guad and backbone is alot of fun!!

Haven't ridden in Hill Canyon, how is it? hard to find much information.

Grown up and in high school we rode our dirt bikes and went four wheeling out there all the time so I'm familiar with the terrain. Just not sure how it is for mountain biking.

It’s fun. You can ride it from TO or SRV and there are plenty of options. We usually start below and ride.

Our crew moves between DV, Robles, Sycamore, and Wildwood/Hill Canyon. 99% e-bikes since we can cover twice the dirt and still have energy left to function for the rest of the day. 😂

I will have to get back there and check it out someday.

I ride the train DV loop several times a week for exercise. It's easy access from my house. It's about 9 miles and I can do it in an hour and it's super convenient.

Practically my backyard. I don't get out on the mountain bike much any more, but if you see an old fat guy around Santiago/Irvine Park on a Onewheel, that's probably me.

I’ve been exploring a kinda neat trail system right by the new to me cabin. Tried to bag Sugarloaf Peak but the snow got too deep. Still a lot of new dirt for me to check out.
I miss the Oaks. Spent a lot of time out there in the early 2,000’s. Used to ride with the Switchback Cyclery group often.
