Saw this posted somewhere, looks like Foxes back in the day.......... and check out those twins on that boat in back.......

It flows backwards by the dock at Foxes, due to a huge eddy in the river. Always has.is it just me or is the current flowing the wrong direction?
Thinking more 60's by the bikiniSo what era? The 50's?
Maybe early 60's. I think by late 60's there'd be more hippie/love child in that picture.Thinking more 60's by the bikini
Looks like someone has the munchies!

I was looking at that and had no idea there was ever a fuel pump at Foxes. It’s the early 60’s.
Do you guys notice the gas pump on the dock?
It was removed by 1965

You would be correct. Occasionally see Power Cats listed for sale online usually way too far gone to save but must have made a bunch.
Got me thinking…Heck still had gas docks at Lake Elsinore on the south end in the early 70s. Same for Blue Water Marina also.I was looking at that and had no idea there was ever a fuel pump at Foxes.
Pretty cool pic.
I saw the shirt also. It constantly amazes me what inmates notice in pictures.I like the
Suck Em Up! T shirt
from the infamous Dukes Bar in Waikiki

Since we’re talking old school Parker anyone remember the Pow Wow Room bar at Blue Water?
That was before the "super sizing" of fast food meals!A Lot less overall Girth back then...
Back when gas stations sold gas and repaired cars not a candy bar shop. That was before the "super sizing" of fast food meals!

Third, who goes to Foxes today that doesn't have a least a few drinks in their handsReally cool picture..
To show ya how times have changed.
Can you imagine a bunch of people laying out on the dock like that now? Lol. They’d probably kick you out.
Second do you know anyone that would lay on that dock now?![]()
well, everybody except for RDThe first pic is exactly how it was……
Go to dam, tie off to cable until there are multiple boats wide…… Then the late arrivals tie off to the ski rope of the boat in front of them.
These parties were HUGE back in the day. You would walk from bow to bow, to get around.
Dave is fine walking from bow to bow, it's the stern that's the issuewell, everybody except for RD![]()
Wait a second now, that feller catch that striper on a POOL CUE? Man them were good times, win a game of billiards and run out and catch dinner with the same gear.

Wasn't RiverLand once Kinders Fish Camp????Very cool pics. I don’t go that far back but sure miss the old days of the river when it was just about water, fun & sun instead of LAM. Definitely miss the days of flatties running every evening.
Dam pics are cool ~ surprises me how many don’t know it’s the deepest dam in the world.
And the pic showing what’s now RiverLand ~ never heard it called Finger Mountain??? We always thought it was the Parker Pecker.
