And just to think I was doing it wrong all these years...
The new F150 ?Mini Cooper for the win.![]()
He must have one of those engineering degrees you can get on lineYou can't fix stupid
I see this more times in a summer than you can believe. This has to be staged. No way someone is that fucking stupid!
Id like to know where he bought that winch strap, lol....mine always break during everyday easy duty!!
That's one of those Schiada trailersAnd just to think I was doing it wrong all these years...
There’s two guys in Havasu Windsor north ramp.
They have a ski boat with barefoot in big letters on the side, blue/white boat… SOLID ramp performance.
Launch - driver backs down, boat starts to float, boat dude fires it up… backs off trailer just as it gets completely floated. Trailer is out of the water 5 seconds later.
Retrieve - trailer going into the water as the boat is approaching it…. Hits the Trailer, vehicle driver feels the nudge of the boat on. Trailer out of the water total time 10-15 seconds.
Pure effective method, likely they have done it a time or two.![]()
I agree, but their process is so smooth… I think a smooth slow motion up the ramp is the key for the boat staying on in this situation.so this and the vid sharp shooter posted they are not attaching the bow eye to the trailer ? which keeps boat from slipping off trailer when you pull forward on uphill ramp...
..
we dont need no stinking F150And just to think I was doing it wrong all these years...
What the heck was tow vehicle driver waiting for?And this is the true proper way.
Game on with da Mini Cooper!Lets see him do that with my Cigarette
Yup! If you are going to be that dumb you better be tough! That guy has to be one tough son of a bitch
Some of the roll bar boats have a spring loaded pin that goes through the bow eye automatic like when the boat gets forward. Watched a black flamed MB B52 do that once, like the above post Dudes rolling in fast, trailers not even close, big black new crew cab pickup Dude backs down at about 30, trailer hits the water with a big splash, boats on the trailer right now, latch clicks, boats headed up the ramp instantly. I later learned that one guy owned the boat, didn't own a tow rig, other guy owned the truck, no boat....I agree, but their process is so smooth… I think a smooth slow motion up the ramp is the key for the boat staying on in this situation.
I think the same way some of us have emptied the bed of our trucks beforeIf this is the way he retrieves the boat, I really wanna see how the fuck he got it in the water in the first place!
I think the same way some of us have emptied the bed of our trucks beforeback up and hit the brakes

You gotta come to Lake Perris during the summer. This has to be staged. No way someone is that fucking stupid!
Id like to know where he bought that winch strap, lol....mine always break during everyday easy duty!!
That would be a question for the Schiada Crew.I'm curious how he launched the boat if he's afraid to get the trailer wet
