Just wanted to publicly thank the Shadow Trailers staff in Lake Havasu City for the help. Fritz and Jack got me rolling and the customer is beyond happy. I have had crazy experiences with trailer bros, but these guys stepped up and helped me big time. Make sure you stop by and say Hi to the guys there.

Im not here to discuss the situation with the boat, I just wanted to use the forums to say thank you and spread the word on my trailer experience.

Its on there- just hard to read. I pay my website guy in IPA Beer. Working on a face lift.

They are doing service only at Shadow. Full of parts and a full time tech in the back. They whipped this trailer to road safe in a short amount of time. Very happy with my experience.

Looking to get my trailer redone before next season. I already stopped by Adrenaline for a quote, curious about others.

I believe this location is service and refirb only in havasu. Talk to Jack in the back.
They did axle, brakes and wiring on the 23 deck trailer. They had all the parts in stock LHC

The cypress CA location is all new trailer production. Just got one delivered.

I had them build a tandom axle jet ski trailer for me a couple of years ago, it turns heads. I just stopped in to see Fritz at his lake havasu location to say hi last week. The shop looks great and he has been busy with lots of new work.

They helped me out a couple of weeks ago and had us back on the road in 30 minutes. It seemed simple, just a trailer jack replacement but another shop in town told me that they would need to cut off the old one where it mounts to the frame and repaint that area of the frame-they would need it for two days! SHADOW couldn't believe that another shop would recommend that to replace the trailer jack. SHADOW unbolted my old one and bolted on a new one. Honesty and basic knowledge go a long way. SHADOW now has my business for repairs and service.
