I'm excited about this one. Actually going to make this event, and we will be staying in Havasu which isn't common for us. Pretty sure @ChrisV Is also planning on making it.

I think game over qualifies. If I remember correctly, they have a section for small unique boats.

It’s the same as the big boat deal.. your just center stage because I can’t fit big boats in courtesy cove.. lol

Registration party, a spot in the street scene.. parking spot for rig the whole weekend. Dock for the whole weekend.. nautical beach all weekend, pirates fun run followed by auction Saturday night and then the after party Sunday night.

Save all your receipts including travel and accommodations.. those receipts will turn into your poker run hands!! 7500 / 5000 / 2500

Actually it’s about what we are looking for.. we have four or five of the nicer Schiada around coming. Plus some other stuff. Plus I think these guys will have a pleasant surprise at the end..

Sadly, I am not going to be in town At this point. I have a few things that are pulling me away from being in town.

So last year was my first year doing the event and I was very proud of the fact that we raised over 200,000.00 for local charities. The only events on the west coast that ever brought in big money like that was the late powell challenge that brought in around 400 when I was there.

I am very happy to say that this year we are shooting for the moon with some huge auction items and very generous people!

We have one participant Austin Carver that has decided to MATCH UP TO 100k for whatever we raise!!!

We also have our very own @TVMNick doing a Supercat build For cost so that we can Auction off a 65,000.00 Can AM Mav R!!

In another huge donation the toy brokers in Lake Havasu is donating a brand new four seat golf cart for the auction!! I owned one of these and it was pretty bad ass. I am going to try and get some undergkow on it before the event.

Have a couple questions regarding the event.

#1 Was looking through vendor registration. What is a colab booth?
(NO COLAB BOOTHS - IF CAUGHT YOU WILL BE SHUT DOWN)

#2 I think it was mentioned that public is invited. Specifically regarding the dock party on Friday. Is there an event or entrance fee by SCFW or the marina for spectators to park and enter?

#3 Will the LED sign truck be there?

Colab booths are where people try to stick multiple businesses in one booth..

2. There Is no entrance fee to SCFW and it is all open to the public, with the exception of being inside horizon during the live auction. If all goes to plan though you will be able to watch it live right outside the building (Jumbotron or sign truck) when the auction is taking place or live on the internet. The only reason I can’t let everyone in the building during the auction is size constraints and noise during the auction.

3. Yes if all goes to plan it should be done before the event and this will be the first thing it’s working
