Can you name all of the different ***bertos drive through Mexican food restaurants?

I'll start:

Filibertos
Rolibertos
Juliobertos
Jilbertos
Humbertos
?
I always laugh at the two right next door to each other in havasu. I mean, WTF?

Where’s Fucaburtos?😁

The one in old Carlsbad just off of Elm St, back when there was an Elm St, was excellent.

The Carne Asada quesadillas at Humberto's in Gila Bend are the best.

Vallarta. They're still there. Wife likes their shrimp tacos.
This would have been mid 80s. Vallarta doesn’t sound familiar. But, the location on Harding looks right. Seems it was one of the Berto’s of some sort. There was also the 24 hr Taco Shop that was good in Encinitas (?).

Actually, If memory serves me correct the OG(1970s) name on that location was Bakers Taco.
Solana Beach was the original Roberto's location. It's still there too.

Geez….. my mouth is watering just thinking about any ******bertos!

They don’t have anything like that here in SoFlo. What I would give for a couple of Carne Asada burritos!

Correct.
Half the football Team worked either there or Ukegawa’s tomato packing shed on Airport road in the early/mid seventies.
Bakers Taco was our goto for lunch in High School.
I broke truck tires at Stoney’s Tire at Airport Road and the 5 where McDonalds is now and also delivered fertilizer in 95lb sacks by the ton for Agri-Chem in Oceanside.
Still stop at Bakers in Beaumont/Banning to and from the River once in a while for old time sake.

I went to high school with the Ukegawa's.

I went to high school with the Ukegawa's.
Jimmy was in me and my wife’s class.
Still see him a few times a year.
He invites us out for the events at the Strawberry Fields.
I would go out to the packing shed and play paint ball war against the workers after it closed.
Sucked cause they knew the place inside out. Us White High School kids didn’t win very often!

I always assumed the Alberto’s was the real one and get pumped to see them. The worst is when they list them on google maps or apple as Alberto’s and you get there just to be duped by some bullshit name

Looks like Rebel BBQ, the site of the original Juicies River Cafe is going to become a second Rilibertos. Just what we need. 😂
