What is the internet speed test?

That looks like a tachometer? For some reason every website is running slower than dial up on my lap top.. I'm wondering if it's the internet here, or if this thing is getting ready to crap out.

Had the fios 50/20 package but turned it down to 25/15. Most sites throttle by connection anyway like YouTube,.. RDP seems to be the same speed anyway,.. (seems to be server processing limited) all tho' the higher speed sure made JBB's pic thread load fast
