those guys are all over the rose bowl in pasadena and other venues ive worked. HARD PASS, ive seen the vans they pile out of, zero refrigeration and full of flies and other garbage. at the Rose Bowl and the Forum they all work for one guy, he basically "rents" them the cart and takes a cut of everything. i have seen them fight each other over a spot. the best is when the health department or code enforcment shows up. talk about seeing them scatter.
