We are building in Havasu Foothills Estates.
It's going to be a 3100sqft 4 bed 5 bath with a 30x75 RV garage + 2 car and room to build a 15x65 toy garage/Casita in the future. Footings started in Feb

Back filling the back yard. We are ready for insulation. Plumbing and electrical are roughed in. They are finishing the outdoor kitchen then they can finish wrapping the house.

sounds like he fell in to the ways of most Havasu contractors. He started out hot, delivering on what he says and doing it quick but after the first couple years he began flaking on people, pushing dates over and over and doesn't return calls. We've all seen it happen over and over again here.

Thanks. Escrow almost closed on my lot. I know things are crazy right now building, so weighing building vs manafactured. Good thing is the lot is non- HOA, so there's no time limit. Appreciate the info.

We've been here full time since 2017. For me I Started before the building boom so I think it is cheaper the way I'm going Versus buying complete, Plus the house I'm building checks all the boxes. If I started the process today I don't think I would be able to afford the house I'm building.

That’s for sure. Fortunately for me I have a great woman by my side that has a lot of patience, willing to compromise, and is a good communicator. You guys house looks amazing!!

No not yet. I don’t think I will ever have a problem. I have 2 retaining walls and there's a lot of houses that back a wash in this area
